I have not talked to GED in years so this is not plugging his TWCenter site, but it is still the place to get mods, learn about mods, find support for mods, and modding for older games prior to workshop which includes Empire. Workshop changed that for everything with workshop to some extent, but TWCenter stayed the central hub for learning to mod even new games with workshop. Prior to workshop for TW games it was owned by another and was the central hub for all things mod. YEARS ago I worked for him on a site called TW Mod Squad teaching people to mod Medieval 2.
